Seniors And Joint Issues

These workouts are designed for seniors or if you have joint issues.   You are never too old to start exercising and get fit!

In addition to the workouts listed here, we have other workout programs with modified moves that seniors may be able to do.  Please do not feel that the workouts listed here are the only ones for seniors.  Its all about your comfort level and current fitness level.
